Pseudomonas putida fatty acid methyl ester (FAME)
Description
Fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) data from pure culture Pseudomonas putida experiments. P. putida was grown in six temperature conditions in either shaking incubators or static incubators. Three of the six temperature conditions were unchanged during the experiment, and the other three experiments were cold-shock experiments. The unchanged temperatures were 10°C, 20°C, and 30°C, and the cold-shocked experiments were started at 30°C and moved to either 20°C or 10°C, and started at 20°C and moved to 10°C. The data being uploaded are .D files containing chromatograms from these pure culture experiments, which examined how FAME profiles change across temperature and incubator conditions.
